Albania lift all Covid measures

The Technical Committee of Experts this Tuesday held the next press release where it provided details about the measures taken and changed in the context of the pandemic situation of recent days.

The Deputy Minister of Health, Mira Rakacolli in her speech has indicated that within the pandemic data it has been decided to remove the compulsory wearing of the mask.

Rakacolli, among other things, has stated that the restriction on music will be lifted until 23:00 and nightclubs will be reopened

 

“Based on the analysis of these epidemiological indicators, the Technical Committee of Experts decided on these recommendations. Based on the recommendation of vaccination experts, the fourth dose vaccination of citizens over 60 years of age and those with compromised immune systems. Lifting the obligation to wear masks but strongly recommends wearing masks indoors or well ventilated.

Allowing music after 23:00 and reopening nightclubs.

Removal of the obligation to present a vaccination document for SARS-COV 2, a negative test document for SARS-COV 2, or a certificate of cure from this infection, for all citizens entering Albania from any border point starting from May 1 of this year. The Committee of Experts will monitor the situation and these measures will be evaluated in dynamics. “They will change according to the level of risk”, said Rakacolli.
